Jamie, Chuck and Greg are great about ensuring an issue is fixed while trying to limit the inconvenience of having your car in the shop through loaner vehicles and regular updates on progress. More

We were travel home to Colorado. Although this is the 5th time the problem has been addressed I feel confident that this time it is truely fixed as Jim told us it was a know problem and there was a service bulletin on it. The other dealers had not fixed it correctly. We hope we don't have to use his services again but if we do it would be a pleasure to deal with this service center again. More

Even after we told them that we did not have the means to buy a new vehicle they still went out of their way to help us. Speedy/quality service and friendly staff! Made an appt. For an oil change-was in and out the next day. Great guessing I brought my vehicle in to have a part replaced after a warning light had come on. The staff was great. They set me up with a rental and sent me on my way. When I came to pick up my Captiva we quickly realized all off the issues may not have been addressed. I was reassured and sent home. I reached Fort Riley and my warning lights were back on with other issues. So back I went. The staff again was great. They couldn't pin point the exact issue but we took our best guess, switched another part and set me up with a rental. The staff was very acommodating. Even more important, they were honest. They could not get the car to recreate the problem and it wasn't throwing any codes but they still addressed my concerns. Great service! More
