Even after we told them that we did not have the means to buy a new vehicle they still went out of their way to help us. Speedy/quality service and friendly staff! Made an appt. For an oil change-was in and out the next day. My car's issue was fixed by the next day! He knew I was going out of state for the weekend and did everything he could to get it fixed before I had.to leave. Awesome service!!! More

Great guessing I brought my vehicle in to have a part replaced after a warning light had come on. The staff was great. They set me up with a rental and sent me on my way. When I came to pick up my Captiva we quickly realized all off the issues may not have been addressed. I was reassured and sent home. I reached Fort Riley and my warning lights were back on with other issues. So back I went. The staff again was great. They couldn't pin point the exact issue but we took our best guess, switched another part and set me up with a rental. The staff was very acommodating. Even more important, they were honest. They could not get the car to recreate the problem and it wasn't throwing any codes but they still addressed my concerns. Great service! More

That being said, I have been loyal to the service depa When I find a place to take buy a vehicle from or get it serviced I am critical of the quality! That being said, I have been loyal to the service department at Holm Automotive Center. They are always quick to help me, and most importantly, they give it to me straight even letting me know of something that may need looked at in the future. Most recently I was in for a leak in my car. More accurately my passenger floorboard was flooded due to problems with the sunroof drain. This was the second time within a half year period. At that point, I have to say, I was a bit annoyed, but the gentlemen at Holm Auto assured me they would get it fixed. They have done that and cleaned up my car. I was also treated more than fair due to having the same issue twice. I feel completely confident that they can handle anything you throw at them, and they will leave you with a smile on your face! More
