Vehicle Servicing I went to Holm Auto to get an oil change and have a tire with low air pressure looked at. Not only did they fix my tire and change the oil, but the te I went to Holm Auto to get an oil change and have a tire with low air pressure looked at. Not only did they fix my tire and change the oil, but the technician also noticed that my water pump was leaking. Since this was covered under warranty they went ahead and started the work to change the water pump. I had a very important job interview that afternoon, and the car wasn't going to be ready in time. Jamie Ayers, the service rep, took care of me by getting me a rental car so I could make it to my interview. This is by far one of the best service experiences I have ever had. Thank you Jamie, it meant a lot that you squared me away, and helped me get to my interview. More

Service and Repairs I appreciate the after hours drop box not always able to drop by during regular business hours and being able to fill out the issues on the envelope p I appreciate the after hours drop box not always able to drop by during regular business hours and being able to fill out the issues on the envelope put your keys in the envelope drop into the after hours box is very convenient. I've used this service twice in the past month and each time I get a follow call. The last issue dealt with my power steering making noises and did not seem right. My concerns were diagnosed, explained, repairs made in a timely manner. Each experience I've had since buying my car at Holm's over a year ago has been a good experience. As compared to other dealerships or service centers Holm Automotive sets the bar high on a consistent basis verses some of my experiences over the years in working through other dealerships. Courteous and customer focus is their culture which is appreciated! More
