Jamie Avers the service consultant met us and carefully noted our needs. While driving the car into the service area, he noticed a nolise coming from the right front wheel. On inspection, the tire had worn down to the wire due to misalignment. I knew we needed new tires and Jamie told us what they had in stock and they could do the olther service items right away. In addition to this professional service Holm Auto provided us with a loaner car to get to our dental appointment. When we returned to pick up our car, Jamie took us to the body shop and showed us that our car had been in a wreck and the repair was not done properly, thus causing the wind noise. Since the repairs took longer than expected, we drove the loaner car home ( 40 miles ) and returned later in the day to pick up our car. This is what I call "Service beyond expections"!! More

Fast, Friendly and Fun I have a 2004 Lincoln Navigator, my Service Engine Soon light came on while coming home. I took it into Holm's for repair, the told me what was wrong, I have a 2004 Lincoln Navigator, my Service Engine Soon light came on while coming home. I took it into Holm's for repair, the told me what was wrong, gave me a estimate, completed the work sooner than expected. Everyone was great, super courtesy, and even apologized for the trouble they expected to have with repairs. (But never had a bit of problems). Let me use a loaner car to get to and from work. Super nice, easy to get along with and trust worth persons. Will be taking all repairs there. Chuck also helped me find the easy entry numbers to get into my car. More
