Graduating from the University of Nebraska with a degree in Marketing Management, I didn't know the automotive industry was my next step. However, the last 18 years have proven very enjoyable, challenging and rewarding. After serving in both Parts and Service for a Ford Dealership in Nebraska, my family and I moved to Kansas. Holm Automotive has been my home ever since, 11 years and counting. My favorite part has always been the customers and helping you feel at ease with our dealership. My time outside of work is spent with my wife and 2 children, helping out friends or golfing. Stop in and visit us at Holm Automotive, we are here to serve.

I love Holm Automotive! We have dealt with Holm Automotive for over 30 years. Any associates that we dealt with over that time have always tried very hard to work with us. Wh We have dealt with Holm Automotive for over 30 years. Any associates that we dealt with over that time have always tried very hard to work with us. Whether it was negotiating a price for a car or discussing service issues, they were always there to try and please us. To this day, we always go through Holm Automotive for any of our car needs. They definitely are more than a 5 star rating. Their personalities make you want to go back and work with them again and again. A very friendly and trustworthy automotive center. More

I was out within an hour! Jamie took care of the two recalls on our 2015 Chevy Silverado, plus an oil change, tires rotated, DEF topped off all within an hour! They do very good work, plus are fast and friendly! I would recommend them to anyone. I truly enjoy taking our truck to Holm Automotive for service. Staff is extremely friendly and asked me if I needed anything twice. They also personally took care of replacing a ball in the bed that was defective. The Silverado truck we are leasing from them is such a great truck, the best truck we have ever driven. They outdid themselves when they built this truck!! More

Worse than buying from China Have had several problems with this dealer . Mainly my transmission is bad and they refuse to fix it. Say the warranty company, Ethos, will not honor their warranty. Even though Matt at Holm's says it's bad. Well I just talked to Alex at Ethos, and he says the exact opposite that Holm has not told them it was bad. I wonder who is to believe or not believe. They both only want to throw the other under the bus and play the blame game. I also found it ironic listening to Tim's radio add about cancer awareness month and their support for it. This car wouldn't shift properly while driving in my Mother in Laws funeral procession. Who by the way died from cancer. They made a difficult time even worse. Anything for a buck. I would seriously think twice before I buy from these people. I have also emailed Tim several times, he never responds or emails me back. You cannot get ahold of him on the phone either. He's always gone according to the secretary. A lot of owner's these days are not in touch with their customers! Might as well buy from China at least you know your getting junk from them and they don't lie to you about helping you out if you have a problem, and it's cheaper. You can actually use that money to fix your problem instead of wasting it on a warranty that you won't honor. UPDATE! I actually just took the car to another dealer to have it checked. 11/18/14 The transmission is bad...there are metal shavings in the fluid and the fluid is burnt. Also this shop says they felt the shifting problem immediately. This dealer refuses to give me my money back for the original problem that they never fixed. Also said I need to stop with all the negative reviews online and that it's slander. Also said they would pay the difference between the used and remanned tranny if I signed a paper releasing them of all liability on the vehicle! Sounded fishy so I talked to the warranty compay...skip at ethos...and they already made the decision to put a remanned one in it. Lot of funny business going on here. I have all the emails to prove everything I'm saying if anyone wants to see them. And so you all know it's not slander if it's the truth...don't let them try to bully you into a nice review. Another Satisfied Customer I brought my 2001 Alero in for an oil change when Chuck noticed I needed new tires right away. He did not have the tires I needed, so he offered me a loaner to use until they came in and I could come back for it. I live in Salina, but I always bring my car back to Abilene for service. I have all of my vehicles including my ford car serviced here. The service staff is second to none. They ensure I am a 100% satisfied with the service they do for me. We brought a car for my granddaughter and had taken it to other repair shops and they could not figure out the issues. The Service shop at Holm Chevrolet got it fixed after being in three of shops. Chuck and Jamie do an excellent job of getting your car fixed right. The entire staff does a very professional job. I purchased a 2011 Transverse from Holm and the finance department got me a lower rate and any bank in the area. Holm Chevrolet also does an excellent job of supporting events such as Breast Cancer, and Prostate Cancer. They also support all of the surrounding communities, and are strong military supporter. Misery on the road While driving from Colorado to Tennessee on Sept 23 we began to experience first a noise which we could not identify that caused us to seek help in C While driving from Colorado to Tennessee on Sept 23 we began to experience first a noise which we could not identify that caused us to seek help in Colby Ka. They were loaded with work and sent us on to Oakley where we met with yet another rejection. At their suggestion we continued toward Hays with the sound continuing but not worsening. We called ahead but received no assurance that they could see us. As we approached Hays the sound was less noticeable so we decided not even to try. All seemed unchanged until we passed the exit for Abilene when suddenly the check engine light came on and the oil pressure gauge begin to fall. We turned around and crept back to their exit having no idea who might be able to service us. It was after 5:00 pm so we first found a motel. When asked, the desk clerk immediately picked up the phone and called his friend, Chuck, at Holms who said that they were closing for the day but gave us a spot at 8:00 am. When we arrived we realized that it was a full Chevy dealership which was a relief. Jaime greeted, took our history, and, seeing that we were on the road with a dog, guided us to the lounge with our pooch, and kept us apprised of their findings. He also took my wife, who by now had lost confidence in our 2008 Suburban, to Eric Aldwegg, a salesman. Long story short, a few hours later, though our car was fixed, we were driving out in a 2011 Suburban waving goodbye to Jaime, Eric, Corey,the business manager, and Tim Holms, the owner, all of whom had made an otherwise gruesome misadventure a pleasant experience.
