They Did It Again! I took my car (the one I recently purchased from this same company) for its first oil change. I also believed I had a mouse that had gotten into the I took my car (the one I recently purchased from this same company) for its first oil change. I also believed I had a mouse that had gotten into the fan of the air conditioner because of the funny noise it was making. Sure enough, there was a dead mouse who had built a nest inside the barrel of the motor area. They cleaned everything out and changed my oil for me. To my surprise they did the oil change for free and because I had just bought the car they did the service (cleaning out the nest) for me for free. I was so delighted at how generous they were with me. I felt very cared for and respected. My only confusion was wondering why we would go to the trouble of making an appointment for service when so many people seemed to come in at random and got in first, even though they didn't make an appointment. This was a little disappointing when you've made an appointment and had driven for a while to get there. This small issue was quickly forgotten because of how fairly and kindly they treated me. Everyone was so nice and I was very comfortable during my wait for the service to be completed. I am continually thankful for this business. I know I will always be treated well and with respect. I trust them to do the best they can for their community members. I would recommend Holm Automotive Center to anyone I know in a heart beat. More

I would highly recommend holms automotive to everyone. I have also had body work done there and had a really good experience with the staff. More
