I came in after making an appointment for work to be done on my 1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue. Chuck was very good at listening to what I perceived as the concern for the appointment, and was very positive in ma on my 1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue. Chuck was very good at listening to what I perceived as the concern for the appointment, and was very positive in making me feel comfortable that it would and could be resolved in a positive manner. When I arrived I was greeted and the process for resolving my issue was instituted. My vehicle was repaired, and I was informed of any changes that needed to be made that I had not been informed of before due to it not being found until it was worked on. I appreciated the professionalism that was conducted during my visit and the quality of work performed. I was also given an estimate of the cost after it was discovered what the issue(s) was that needed to be corrected and asked what I wanted to do. It was nice to be asked for input and not having any surprises as to what the cost would be to me. That is the reason I continue to repeat as a customer from 28 miles away, and why I have them do all of my service work on my vehicle. A trust relationship, I feel, has been established between us and their honesty with me has never been questioned by me. That is why I do business with them. During the car buying process, random associates came by to ask if we needed any thing to drink, From David to Jeff to Pat all did their best to get me into the car I wanted. Pat was even able to reduce my bottom monthly payment by $60.00, that was amazing! Car buying doesn't have to suck, at least at Homs Automotive in Abilene Ks. Thank you More
