Jamie and Chuck take care of every need my car has ever had. When entering the dealership I am personally greeted by an associate, I am asked how I can be helped. During the car buying process, random associates came by to ask if we needed any thing to drink, From David to Jeff to Pat all did their best to get me into the car I wanted. Pat was even able to reduce my bottom monthly payment by $60.00, that was amazing! Car buying doesn't have to suck, at least at Homs Automotive in Abilene Ks. Thank you More

The vehicle was only in for about an hour and they gave us a loaner car so we could do some shopping we needed to get done. No Problem! I was late for my scheduled oil change, but when I called and told them, they were VERY accomodating and kind! Then, when I arrived, they asked if I wanted my tires rotated, but upon further inspection, we and told them, they were VERY accomodating and kind! Then, when I arrived, they asked if I wanted my tires rotated, but upon further inspection, we found they are pretty worn, so I need to start saving for new tires. They guy was practical and we agreed that rather than get them rotated, my money would better be spent by saving for new tires. I LOVED his honesty, helpfulness, and patience! Then, a bit later while I was sitting inside waiting, Jamie came to me and asked if I had a minute. He had looked up two tires options for me, found a rebate period, told me about their price match guarantee, and laid out all the details!!! Honestly, I have rarely had such SUPERB customer service anywhere in my life and certainly NEVER at any auto dealership or service area. My previous visit here to have oil changed was ho-hum, but because of THIS visit today, I will recommend that my friends go to HOLM and speak with Jamie if at all possible. (NOTE: I also discovered this morning that he is actually the same guy that made such a good impression on my grandma a few months earlier. This man is a keeper and I hope the company does all it can to keep him!!) FABULOUS, WONDERFUL, EXCELLENT customer service. It was invaluable to be treated with such courtesy and respect! Since that first trade, my family and I have leased 7 or 8 vehicles through Holm Automotive, Abilene, KS. My experience with other dealership is unlike Holm. Tim Holm stated, "you are family". The new facility is outstanding as well as how you are greeted and treated. I do not like to be pressured with statements like, 'the deal is good today if you make the buy ETC,". This trade was a leased Silverado for a 2014 Malibu. The sales managers, Tim Holm, and Chris Eckert were very patient. The final deal was great, but it was complex because of my needs. The service department, especially Jamie. He always get me in to service my purchase even on very short notice. The service department makes sure is done correct and done right. The entire staff makes you feel welcome. Even when I am just looking, they go the extra mile to entertain my thoughts of trading. I do recommend Holm Automotive Ctr to others. They also know that I do not want to haggle, give me the best offer the first time if possible. I rate them SIX Star. Tim will always come out and ask about my four daughters, what State, Country, or City are they are in. They do make you feel like family and are concerned about you and your purchase. More
