They Did It Again! I took my car (the one I recently purchased from this same company) for its first oil change. I also believed I had a mouse that had gotten into the I took my car (the one I recently purchased from this same company) for its first oil change. I also believed I had a mouse that had gotten into the fan of the air conditioner because of the funny noise it was making. Sure enough, there was a dead mouse who had built a nest inside the barrel of the motor area. They cleaned everything out and changed my oil for me. To my surprise they did the oil change for free and because I had just bought the car they did the service (cleaning out the nest) for me for free. I was so delighted at how generous they were with me. I felt very cared for and respected. My only confusion was wondering why we would go to the trouble of making an appointment for service when so many people seemed to come in at random and got in first, even though they didn't make an appointment. This was a little disappointing when you've made an appointment and had driven for a while to get there. This small issue was quickly forgotten because of how fairly and kindly they treated me. Everyone was so nice and I was very comfortable during my wait for the service to be completed. I am continually thankful for this business. I know I will always be treated well and with respect. I trust them to do the best they can for their community members. I would recommend Holm Automotive Center to anyone I know in a heart beat. More

personilized service when my wife and I started to do business with holms in 2001 we bought a suburban. everybody was really friendly and made sure we was happy with every when my wife and I started to do business with holms in 2001 we bought a suburban. everybody was really friendly and made sure we was happy with everything.when we had repairs done Jamie was great in letting know what was wrong with it and how much it would cost to fix and the time schedule to fix it. after that experience we have bought 3 more new vehichles since that time. eric has been great to deal with. he tells you the way it is. corey was really nice to talk to and a great listener to our stories and he knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend holms automotive to everyone. I have also had body work done there and had a really good experience with the staff. More

Desparate for Oil Change I had been traveling the country in my new GMC Sierra and needed an oil change and tire rotation. I contacted a couple dealerships in the Denver area I had been traveling the country in my new GMC Sierra and needed an oil change and tire rotation. I contacted a couple dealerships in the Denver area and was told that they could not accommodate me without an appointment in advance. I continued to travel east and spent the night in Abilene, Kansas. At 8:00am the next morning I stopped at Holm Automotive Center at spoke with Jamie Avers. I told him that I was traveling and needed an oil change. He said his schedule was pretty full and asked how long I'd be in town. I told him that I was leaving as soon as I could get service. He understood my predicament and did go way out of his way to help me. Within 45 minutes my oil was changed and tires were rotated and I was on my way. While I waited I took notice to how clean this dealership was and how the people who worked there seemed genuinely friendly and helpful. The service man, Jaime Avers, could not have been more accommodating and diligent. He was a fine and true professional. I almost never write reviews or participate in post service surveys which every business seems to push now days. However my experience with this dealership and Mr. Avers was exceptionally good. I happily submit this review and hope the dealership and Jamie Avers receive appropriate recognition. Thank You More

Difficulty with an oil change. I waited until I was more than 1000 miles over my oil change. I hadn't taken it for an oil change due to transportation difficulty. I didn't have a vehicle to return to work during the oil change. I attempted to make a couple of appointment but was forced to cancel due to lack of transportation. When I called to cancel my last appointment, Jamie answered the service phone. After I canceled my appointment , Jamie asked me why I had to cancel. I explained due to lack of transportation, I had to drop my vehicle off to a local dealership. Jamie said no way. He told me to drop my car off and he would have transportation ready. I called and dropped my vehicle off the next day during my lunch hour. The transition went so smooth, I still had time to grab lunch. After work I dropped the loaner vehicle off and my vehicle was ready as promised. I will never take my vehicle to anyone but Holm Automotive and I live in Junction City about 20 miles away.. It was worth the miles to see a friendly face and get awesome service. Thanks Jamie More

My family has purchased 5 vehicles from Holm and they don't just sell you a car they back it up with quality service in all departments. I came in after making an appointment for work to be done on my 1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue. Chuck was very good at listening to what I perceived as the concern for the appointment, and was very positive in ma on my 1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue. Chuck was very good at listening to what I perceived as the concern for the appointment, and was very positive in making me feel comfortable that it would and could be resolved in a positive manner. When I arrived I was greeted and the process for resolving my issue was instituted. My vehicle was repaired, and I was informed of any changes that needed to be made that I had not been informed of before due to it not being found until it was worked on. I appreciated the professionalism that was conducted during my visit and the quality of work performed. I was also given an estimate of the cost after it was discovered what the issue(s) was that needed to be corrected and asked what I wanted to do. It was nice to be asked for input and not having any surprises as to what the cost would be to me. That is the reason I continue to repeat as a customer from 28 miles away, and why I have them do all of my service work on my vehicle. A trust relationship, I feel, has been established between us and their honesty with me has never been questioned by me. That is why I do business with them.
