Jamie and I had good open communication during my 20K service in my 2023 Q3. Making the appt was easy on line with plenty of availability 25 days in advance. The car came back perfect as always. I do hav service in my 2023 Q3. Making the appt was easy on line with plenty of availability 25 days in advance. The car came back perfect as always. I do have a small issue with rust appearing on the wheel(s) which I plan to address at my next oil change. More

Jamie really worked hard to get me in for an unexpected issue. She kept me updated on everything that was going on with my car. I had to pick my car up after the service department was closed and she arran issue. She kept me updated on everything that was going on with my car. We purchased our 2019 Q5 from Audi Mechanicsburg at Sun Motor Cars. We have returned for the 10K, 20K, 30K, 40K & 50K scheduled maintenance. Jamie has always checked us in and checked us out and patiently Motor Cars. We have returned for the 10K, 20K, 30K, 40K & 50K scheduled maintenance. Jamie has always checked us in and checked us out and patiently answered any questions that may arise. We have also on occasion spoken with the mechanic to get further understanding of an issue. Most important: we have never had any mechanical issues with our vehicle,which is likely due to the excellent service and maintenance that this dealer has provided. More
