We were dealing with a very difficult issue. The service department was trying to fix an intermittent fault, the Issue kept returning. This went on for weeks. My frustration had peaked. Mechanicsburg Audi made me a offer I couldn't refuse. I'm now driving a new Q5. They exceeded my expectations and then some. I very pleased with the outcome, they didn't need to do what they did. There goal was customer service not what was best for the dealership. I am very glad I was dealing with mechanicsburg Audi, I will be doing so for a long time. More

They took care of everything i needed. My car needed a part that was not available and was soposed to go on vacation. I have a good relationship with this dealership But the bill to do a ten thousand mile check on my q8 etron was over 660. Audi Mechanicsburg has consistently treated me fairly and with respect. Dereck has been totally helpful and accommodating when I needed help.
