Overall we were very satisfied with their service. Jamie was outstanding. We have owned a Lexus since 2011 and love the Lexus brand. The one thing that disappointed me was their approach to recognizi Jamie was outstanding. We have owned a Lexus since 2011 and love the Lexus brand. The one thing that disappointed me was their approach to recognizing Veterans. If a veteran purchases a new vehicle they can receive up to $2000 in rebates/discounts. I thought this was great, but apparently their appreciation for our service only applies if you purchase a new vehicle. Purchase a used vehicle and other than a thank you for your service Veterans get no appreciation at all. More
