We were impressed by the attention given to us by our salesman, Jamie Dickinson. It was obvious to us that he wanted us to be satisfied customers. He has reached out several times since the sale to see if we have any questions. We will be returning to the dealership this week for a second orientation to the newer technological features. We highly recommend Jamie for his knowledge and customer care. He is the best! And, it goes without saying, we highly recommend Lexus of Sarasota for their service and friendliness. A special thank you to Chris Lima, General Leader. More

The dealership was very nice and under construction. Very big and spacious, also accommodating while sitting to wait for a vehicle. Very big and spacious, also accommodating while sitting to wait for a vehicle. More

Love Jamie - he was really great on the phone and great follow up. Wine was a nice touch but would have expected more given I have been with Lexus over 15 years. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is b follow up. Wine was a nice touch but would have expected more given I have been with Lexus over 15 years. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I think all dealerships could have worked better on the pricing. If I had not done my own homework, not sure I would have a better costing. More
