The transaction was smooth. Jamie and team were welcoming and friendly. However, there was lack of communication between the sales team, Jamie, and finance team. I ended up paying more for getting a new registration for the car when the existing registration an easily be transferred to the new car. In addition, at the time of delivery, the sales team didn’t have a strong knowledge of the car features and interior designs, which I’m figuring it myself. More
