Hello my name is Jamie Freeman. I am the service manager here at York. I've been in the Industry for a decade and most of it with Chrysler. I am married to a wonderful woman and we have three wild red head kiddos. In my spare time I enjoy fishing, shooting guns, camping, grilling, and generally anything I can do outside with my family. I made an appointment at an approved Ram Dealership for a multipoint When I arrived they said they did not have the time to take my vehicle in for inspection, I asked if they could at least check what the en multipoint When I arrived they said they did not have the time to take my vehicle in for inspection, I asked if they could at least check what the engine light meant and they said they could not. That only 20-30 year employees could help me and they were all already busy, even though I had an appointment. I left very upset and within 20 min of me leaving, my brand new 2022truck, with less than 18kmiles all of the sudden came to a hard stop in the middle of the street during traffic hour. I was almost hit bc of how sudden it stopped, I almost caused a few accidents. It would not turn on at all for me to move it. I am thankful my newborn and toddler were not in the truck yet as I was on my way to pick them up. More

Easy to get in and serviced. Work completed within timeline given. Unfortunately although a known issue, no guarantee it wouldn’t happen again, nor was a loaner vehicle provided Work completed within timeline given. Fantastic Staff. From the service manager all the way down to the technicians I was treated with professionalism. At first, I thought I was being price gouged and I From the service manager all the way down to the technicians I was treated with professionalism. At first, I thought I was being price gouged and I still think I paid a bit too much for what they had to do under warranty. But overall I’m very happy with the service that was provided to me. The only recommendation I would have is to provide loaner vehicles for any warranty work that’s being performed. Many other dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past have done this and the customers are very appreciative with minimal expense to the dealership. I would strongly recommend York service and expertise to anyone needing work done on their Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. More
