One part experience that bothered me is that the dealer applies a ceramic coating and window tint. You find out when you visit he dealer that they add it and charge you for it but it doesn't show in the advertised price. It just feels like game playing but they don' advertise it. You get charged whether you want it or not. Reminds me the new "Junk Fees Rule" which changed just this year (2025) that bans hidden, mandatory fees for hotels, rentals, and event tickets, requiring them to show the true, total price upfront in all add on's, including resort fees. So they now have to show the final price and can't add on mandatory services you are charged for whether you want them or not. This dealer should do that also More

Jamie was great, no xx with no high pressure sales tactics. Also very knowledgeable about the vehicles, you'll never get the impression that he might as well be selling you washing machine like with m tactics. Only addons are the ceramic tint/paint coating, which you'll likely want if you live here and are buying these cars anyway. Contacted Jamie Herbinson 6+ months ago to try and work out a purchase of a BMW X3 or X5 and we weren’t able to make it work, no pressure, great service. Fast forward to November, reached back out to Jami out a purchase of a BMW X3 or X5 and we weren’t able to make it work, no pressure, great service. Fast forward to November, reached back out to Jamie and he remembered us, and our situation. This time we were able to work out a deal on an X5. Jaime knew everything about the car, lead us through a no pressure easy purchase process, and even made sure all the settings on the car were personalized before we drove off the lot. I highly recommend working with him. Mark Miller the sales manager supported Jaime throughout the transaction and made sure the car was available for us when we came in. Claudio Escobedo the Finance Manager negotiated our interest rate with the Credit Union and led us through a no pressure finance process. High quality cars and high quality staff made this a great experience! More
