Smooth overall experience, with a few hiccups along the way Why I would recommend them: - Overall smooth and straightforward process and generally happy with the experience. - They covered a pre-inspection re Why I would recommend them: - Overall smooth and straightforward process and generally happy with the experience. - They covered a pre-inspection report out of pocket (usually costs $200-300 so this was a nice gesture). - Finance department was very professional in handling the finance and titling details for the interstate sale (since I didn't know how to process this, this helped me save time... ). Why I wouldn't recommend them: - After I confirmed my interest in buying the car via email, a $800 "paint protection and window tint" package was added on the car without my prior consent. I was told it was already done and it could not be reversed. After I asked for photos of the tint as proof, I was then told it actually had not been done and the charge was removed. This made me really hesitate to proceed with the purchase as it made me question the integrity of all the dealer's statements thereafter. - Very little patience in explaining the sales terms. When I needed clarification on a particular term I was told "this is just how it has always been done". When I was ready to walk away from the sale, then all of a sudden they said they didn't need all the documents they had so adamantly required from me. The double standard on the document requirement made me further question their trustworthiness. - The overall process was relatively smooth, however, as a first time buyer of a Porsche, I secretly hoped for a really special and memorable sale process and this wasn't it. It was perfunctory. If that's ok for you, then it is not necessarily a negative. More
