It's certified I purchased my wife a rover for Christmas on line and over the phone.I needed to know that the used vehicle I was purchasing had been gone through, ev I purchased my wife a rover for Christmas on line and over the phone.I needed to know that the used vehicle I was purchasing had been gone through, every detail carefully examened, I did not have time to travel to the dealer and "play the game" so I chose certified Benz and beamer. Jamie was nice he understood my needs, finance fed exed the documents for me to sign, and I received my wife's Range Rover in about a week, sight unseen. My brother questioned my decision, stating you have not even test drove the SUV, you need to do that, to listen to all the creaks and shimmy's! I responded back that, to me it sounded like he was buying a 1979 Chevy Malibu I was in fact not buying that, i was purchasing a certified Pre owned Land Rover Range Rover HSE sport it has no creaks or shimmy's. My wife abousoulty loves her new SUV and I am very please with the transaction it could not of gone any smoother, a quick shoot out for the finance Dept the nice lady sudjested a 5 year extended warranty I know right just another ploy to get more money out of you, but let calming heads come forth, I took her up on her offer and now I can truly state I am at ease with my decision. On these luxury models the bills can really come at you like a freight train. I remember replacing my alternator on my Porsche it set me back a few grand so one repair and I will be even. More

I had spoken with Jamie a number of times by telephone in the past year or so but did not meet him in person until we worked on this purchase for me. I had retained his telephone number and name as his professionalism had been outstanding on the phone in the past. He thus made the purchase of this BMW a very enjoyable experience with no pressure. Thank you! In addition I had met Peter Willliams during the process and he was also extremely professional and helpful. In the Finance area I worked with Mo Abdouni and again the professionalism and caring attitude was awesome. All of these men were fantastic! I would highly recommend each of these gentlemen. More
