When I arrived the car was detailed and Was ready to go! I loved that for that saved on time for I had to drive back! I was treated really well, Didn't feel preasured into buying the car for I was able to look at other cars while their to make sure this was the one I really wanted! I am recommending CBB to all my friends and family! It's a drive but well worth it. Finance dept. was great was able to buy an extended warranty and was out within 10 to 15 mins tops! More

A Most Pleasant Buying Experience. I went to Cert. Benz & Beemer to test drive a Chevy Avalanche and a Honda Ridgeline, which I had seen online. When we arrived, we were greeted by C I went to Cert. Benz & Beemer to test drive a Chevy Avalanche and a Honda Ridgeline, which I had seen online. When we arrived, we were greeted by Chris Beaman and Ty Crews. Chris helped us with the Avalanche and I think Ty went to help another customer. In our opinion, Chris was very knowledgeable in terms of the Avalanche, the extras that came with it, the financing and the warranties. I ended up buying the Avalanche without driving the Honda, as I wanted a vehicle with less mileage and fell in love with it during the test drive. It was priced well, and in good condition. We dealt with Mo during the financing procedure, and I spoke with Kory and Jamie on the telephone the day before. Everyone was honest and friendly; and above all, NOT pushy. I will recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. We usually look for vehicles from private parties because of the pressure and hype from dealers, but there was none here. The reason I did not rate the other guys as high as Chris is because I did not have as much contact with them. More

On my first visit, I looked at three cars and left. Jamie followed up with me; I ignored him. On my second visit, I looked at two different cars. Jamie followed up with me by phone, text and email, worked with me on pricing and upgrades; I agreed to a purchase. On my third visit--when I was supposed to pick up the car that I agreed to buy--I asked to test drive something entirely different! Jamie handed me the keys! I did buy the last car and I LOVE IT! Jamie was never pushy, always patient, cheerful and open. He was committed to me being satisfied with a purchase (or even a non-purchase). I 'brag' about my experience to everyone -- even my friends out of state -- because, well, it was that awesome. I got a great price on an amazing car in pristine condition. A few weeks after getting my car from Jamie, I was participating in a team-building "scavenger hunt" and called over to CB&B to have some TOP OF THE LINE vehicles available to test drive -- the response was "no problem, come on over!" We were trying to trade two cars in for one but were u My wife and I starting looking at cars at Benz and Beemer two months ago with Jamie Herbranson. We were trying to trade two cars in for one but were upside down on one of the cars. Jamie did a tremendous job trying to make it work, but we decide to wait until I could sell one of the cars. We finally sold one of the cars and made an appointment with Jamie for 7/15/2016. When we arrived at the dealership Jamie informed us that a very dear friend of his passed away that morning and he would like us to work with Jim Beyer. Jim did an outstanding job and we drove off in a 2012 Lexus. We would highly recommend doing business with Benz and Beemer and especially work with either Jamie or Jim. More
