Friendly! Quick and easy- very little hassle I walked into CBB on a Friday afternoon, Jamie stepped right out on to the showroom floor and greeted me. I explained I was interested in buying a car I walked into CBB on a Friday afternoon, Jamie stepped right out on to the showroom floor and greeted me. I explained I was interested in buying a car. Going from an SUV to a Sedan was a scary thought. I had done my research and knew exactly what I wanted to look at, unfortunately what I had my eyes set on was already gone. Jamie didn't hesitate, he threw out a few other options and I was open. Within 20min we were test driving a couple potentials. I wasn't in love with anything. Thank goodness Jamie was on his toes, searching his inventory papers while on a test drive- by the time we got back, we hopped in an Audi A6 and I fell in love. I was a bit skeptical at the time because it was $9k more than I anticipated spending. Jamie never made me feel pressured or uneasy about anything. I went home over the weekend- thought about some things- went back Monday..ran some numbers but had a different dealership to visit to look at another car. A cool guy named Trevor, was very helpful, trying to work numbers as fast as he could since we were in a rush (this is where it gets good). HE OFFERED FOR ME TO TAKE THE AUDI so I could compare side by side at the other dealership. I took the car overnight, looked at the other vehicle, went back to CBB the next day and sat down with Jamie. (Again, no pressure whatsoever.) He asked how the visit at the other dealership was and I responded: "I want the Audi!" We started the paper work and in just over an hour I was driving off with my new car!!! I am very pleased with the service and patience everyone at CBB showed. Jamie made sure I had a great experience buying my new luxury vehicle. Thank you! More

I had my eye on one car and was working with Jeff Hallenbeck over text before arriving at Certified Benz and Beemer. Jeff was off that day, so Jamie was able to step in and help me out. He was great. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is, because I shelled out some more cash getting the alignment and front rotors replaced. I'm from Albuquerque, and was in a little bit of a hurry, so I didn't really have the time to get a mechanic to check it out (my fault), nor do I know if they would look at these types a things. Overall it was a good experience and I love my car. More

A New Way of Doing Business! Sales pitch and techniques are a thing of the past! CBB truly succeeds because of its employes and business philosophy. The staff stayed true to their "no pressure environment" and were extremely understanding and willing to work with me. I heard of about CBB from a friend who recently purchased from them and also from USAA car buying service. Already, I felt comfortable to engage and took a look at their inventory in person. What honestly sealed the deal for me comes back to how they price their vehicles. Using TruCar value, a database comparing similar vehicles around the country, they price their vehicles within a range that forces other dealserships to mark down to stay competitive. In effect, you get a no kidding accurate and fair price for the vehicle. With that being said, they are a non-negotiating dealership which was a first for me and felt very strange. However, this prevents the dealership from marking up the car and provide you the best quality customer service. Lastly, their vehicles undergo the same BMW certified inspection with an included warranty (varies per vehicle). Browse their inventory, go for a test drive, and let them get you in a new car in under an hour as they did with me. If you're serious about purchasing a car from them, act quick because it will be gone before you know it.
