Once again, your top adviser, Jamie Kissinger, Aced it Had to go in for a UC1 recall, and had a 8:00 a.m. appointment. Just finished my coffee about 8:30, and got text from Jamie my car was ready. The job was not completed as indicated on the sign off form. The sign off form indicated fluids filled, battery checked, tires rotated - That was Saturday a total of an hour and a half. Monday I was stranded for The sign off form indicated fluids filled, battery checked, tires rotated - That was Saturday a total of an hour and a half. Monday I was stranded for roughly 10 hours because the battery was bad and on top of that the windshield and coolant fluids were not topped off or filled up. I had to have a state trooper from my neighborhood jump me off at the front of my neighborhood and then it wouldn’t crank at Advanced Auto with all of their availabile equipment and I finally had to have it towed to another dealership from Advance Auto. The tow service sent two tow trucks to tow me from the Advanced auto. The first tow truck showed up two hours and forty five minutes after I called and the second one called me an hour after that. I spent several hours at the other dealership who replaced my battery and topped off my fluids! More
