The sales experience want well. The van had a dead cell battery that wasn't known till the next morning. The service dept seemed overwhelmed and took 2 hours to replace the battery. I guess I thought since i just bought it the day before they might have been able to get it in sooner...

Anytime I have my Jeep serviced by Ferman the staff is extremely friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you Steve for taking the time to explain things I needed and why I needed them without being pushy as most service centers are. Overall pleased with every experience I’ve had with this dealership.
