Service was terrible. They have no knowledge of what they can or cannot do. My caravan needed a system update for the navigation system. The nav system told me to take it t They have no knowledge of what they can or cannot do. My caravan needed a system update for the navigation system. The nav system told me to take it to a dealer for the update. Called them, was told they could do it. Took the vehicle in for the service, after a hour and half was told they couldn't do the update because it was a garmin product. After leaving I discovered the maps no longer worked at all, before the service they worked fine just needed updated. Made a second appointment, my wife took the vehicle in because I was at work. She was laughed at, talked to like an idiot, and disrespected. When I got on the phone I was also disrespected and told I had no idea what I was talking about. They took no responsibility for the issue and then tried to charge me $2000 for a completely new system. Do not go here. More

Chasing down a clunking noise My 2012 Ram had a clunk noise. It was hard to determine cause, Jamie at service desk took care of me on cost to get to the bottom of it.
