Customer Service = A+ I came in for an oil change and the staff was friendly and courteous from start to finish and all those that walked by as I stood around outside looki I came in for an oil change and the staff was friendly and courteous from start to finish and all those that walked by as I stood around outside looking impatient and bored, still greeted me with a smile and a hello. Apparently, I had an open recall on my vehicle that needed to be addressed and my impatience was for not! Lol I had a great experience and would recommend Ferman CDJR to anyone. More

Fantastic Experience! I had two recalls to be fixed on my car. The repairs that were supposed to take 4 hours only took 2. The staff was fantastic (especially Jamie). The waiting area is also wonderful with donuts, coffee, soda, and a game system for my son to play with. We will definitely be back for any repairs or maintenance needed. More
