She scheduled an appointment with me that day, reached out via text to give me her contact information and had the car I was interested in pulled up on the lot as soon as I arrived. There were no tricks--she went over the features of the car and set me up for a test drive immediately. She didn't try to sell me on other vehicles as I had my mind made up what I wanted. I was unsure if I wanted to buy or lease--Jamie was patient with me and walked through extensive details of each option with me.
