Dealership quality of service has declined significantly. Had auto-butler performed, but the vehicle inside was not cleaned. Service tech stated that cleaning vehicle inside is not included with auto-butle Had auto-butler performed, but the vehicle inside was not cleaned. Service tech stated that cleaning vehicle inside is not included with auto-butler. I have over 19,000 points on my GM card, but he could not find how to use the points to pay for the service. Storing electronic documents should not be a cost to the customer. More
