Once the appointment was made everything was on time and the service was exceptional and quicker than normal. One recommended improvement is to resolve the app issue making an appointment, or add a person the service was exceptional and quicker than normal. This is a very high volume service department when I go in as a customer it is apparent that they are working hard and scrambling to keep up.
