I’d like to let you know my husband purchased a New ZR2 Silverado 2022, (We had a 30 day window to cancel contract ) We’ve had nothing but issues from this company, The sales rep and finance manager both r Silverado 2022, (We had a 30 day window to cancel contract ) We’ve had nothing but issues from this company, The sales rep and finance manager both represented the truck as “new” 92 miles … (actual mileage) on odometer, we was told vehicle was brought from a lesser dealership that could not sell so that’s how they acquired said vehicle…. After all financial paperwork was done , Jamie (sales rep) gave us the 2nd fob, which was marked used! Once again we ask was it used, NO! So after 3 visits back to the dealership to get additional information on the electronics we also had requested a paper title of the vehicle! We finally received the paper title in the mail and see the title is issued as used…. Nobody will sit down with us, they’re now starting to avoid our calls…. It took over 6 weeks so our 30 day window to return the vehicle has expired! With all the inquiries, not one word from the owner Linda Beaver…. It’s just been 1 lie after another, or put on hold and pass our call on to another person…… BE AWARE OF THIS! The ZR2 was titled in State of Penn with 17 miles ….. clearly we was lied to on our question; had the vehicle every been titled before….. it had been clearly stated that’s not a used vehicle and nobody can explain or should I say they’ve been caught lying to us! You decide! I’ve requested Linda Beaver to call my husband, but was told she only comes once a month to the dealership and does talk to her customers. I’d appreciate a response! Just bought a brand new Chevy Traverse last weekend at Beaver. Jaime Moore was the best salesman. He wasn’t too pushy, answered all my questions and made my buying experience fun and easy. I visited Beaver Chevrolet on yesterday 7/30/20 in search of a reliable vehicle. I was referred by an owner of one of their vehicles and was assured by him that the process would be smooth. Even though I know that I am a tough cookie when it comes to getting what I want, I have to say that My sales rep GARRETT was absolutely awesome!!! I had my reservations at first but he assured me on every aspect whether it was my insecurities about possible issues with the vehicle, or my current credit situation. Garrett worked with me on finding a vehicle that would suit me and my family while I will be building my credit. I put this guy through alot but he never made me feel like he was frustrated or tired of trying to make it happen. He really did go the extra mile to make sure that I was happy all while keeping his composure and treating me with respect. After leaving his desk I signed my paperwork with Ryan and he was awesome as well, I felt really comfortable and no pressure at all. I visited Robert P (can't pronounce his name lol) he knows who he is...he helped with my tag and the end of the process as well as made me laugh lots... I finished out with a picture of my new vehicle with Garrett (Photo cred: Jamie (Rockstar)...all in all I had a great time hanging out with these guys, I will definitely be back as soon as I get myself established!!! I give Jamie Moore 5 STARS across the board * * * * * I believe this dealership would suffer greatly if they ever laid off Jamie Moore due to his all around knowledge and it seems like everyone also in the dealership relies upon Jamie's expertise and knowledge at the same time on a daily basis. My other interaction was with the General Manager Brett Morgan also at Beaver Chevrolet. In years past I had also some previous interactions with Brett Morgan. Brett was very friendly, cordial, polite and professional, down to earth, reasonable and well likable. I use to work at Ally Financial Services as a Senior Operations Manager myself and know the automotive business A-Z especially on the Dealership Services Level. As the G.M. Brett Morgan was also all around A+ and give him 5 STARS * * * * * for his ethics and professionalism as a General Manager at Beaver Chevrolet. Bret being a family man himself he is as cordial and friendly as you would want a General Manager to be for a dealership. Brett's ethics are on par and above par and I was impressed thoroughly throughout the process with Jamie and Brett both assisting me throughout my negotiation for a purchase of vehicle and my trade in. I have ZERO complaints about Beaver Chevrolet whatsoever. ALL the staff were very friendly, cordial and professional. As soon as I walked into the dealership I had multiple staff inquire if I could be helped in any way and including if I'd like something to drink as in bottle water or something else. Jamie Moore was on the test drive with me for a vehicle and his demeanor was above par throughout, again I give Jamie and both Brett 5 STARS ***** A - through - Z, literally!!!!!!! I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle try stopping by either Beaver Chevrolet or Beaver Toyota. I also had a front windshield exchanged out on my vehicle and the G.M. Brett Morgan and Senior Sales - Jamie Moore both assisted me in this easy transitional process including a dealership car loaner. Both Beaver Chevrolet and Beaver Toyota has an outstanding vehicle warranty program better than most other dealerships in the regional area. So, if your looking for a better warranty program on your new or used vehicle try stopping in to one of these 2 dealerships before you shop around. It will be worth your time, consideration and effort. Ask for Jamie Moore initially and see if he is available to assist you with your car buying needs. As I have worked for Ally Financial Services previously and I'm fully familiar with Dealership Services level of operations and I was simply impressed from start to finish. I'm not an easy person to truly impress and I was easily and fully impressed with both Jamie and Brett along with the whole dealership experience. I personally and professionally can see that Brett as the General Manager of this dealership is very well liked by the staff and that he has put his professional and personal touch of his class act of management style into this dealership and it works. I worked with Ryan McGarvey in Finance for close out finance paperwork and contract and miscellaneous items. Ryan had done also an outstanding job, above par, extremely knowledgeable and easy to get along with him being friendly, cordial and professional. I had lots of questions and I was satisfied by all of Ryan's response's. Megs Kariqi in the SERVICE DEPARTMENT was my interaction with. Megs was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable it seemed to be years ahead of her time with someone with her experience level.
