Hello, I'm Jamie! I've been with Lexus since 2015, and have been a Lexus owner since 2006. I have always been passionate about cars, and I love helping people, making me the perfect choice to assist with the service needs of your Lexus! I am an honorably discharged Air Force veteran who served 15 years on active duty, including one year-long deployment to Baghdad in 2007. I am blissfully married, with a 16 year old stepdaughter, a pitbull, and three cats (don't judge me the cat distribution system is a real thing LOL), all rescues. I daily a 2004 GX470 named Panda with 2" lift and beefy all-terrain tires. Our garage also includes my beloved 2002 IS300, a 1988 Supra, a 1992 Mustang GT, and a 2013 Highlander. Nothing stays stock in our household!

Jamie has been my service consultant for years now. I really trust her judgement and she listens to your concerns.
