I had to bring the car in 3 times over the past 3 weeks to get issues resolved. Each time I came back, inspection found more items to be addressed. Tire replacement was broken and I had to return a third to get issues resolved. Each time I came back, inspection found more items to be addressed. Tire replacement was broken and I had to return a third time. Cars was not washed on 2 separate occasions after requesting. Sal and Jamie were friendly and helpful and not to blame for problems encountered. More

Jamie in the service department is a pure professional. I took my 2023 Santa Cruz in for a 20,000 checkup and wanted to do some additional things vs the required service. Jamie looked at their different Dealership Service Packages and recommended one that covered all my requested work, along with the Hyundai required service and saved me money. My vehicle was completed quickly, they sent me a text( which was my preferred mode of communication). When I picked the vehicle up, it was washed and looked brand new. I couldn't be happy with the service from Jamie and the team at Tamiami Hyundai in Naples. More

I had a battery issue on a hybrid so I could not drive and had to book out 10 days. I explained my circumstance to the advisor and he got me in quickly. I would recommend you allocate "emergency" times and had to book out 10 days. I explained my circumstance to the advisor and he got me in quickly.
