Horrible communication. Called to schedule an AC diagnosis appointment, the soonest they had was 11 days out. Took my car and they had it for 7 days before they touched it a Called to schedule an AC diagnosis appointment, the soonest they had was 11 days out. Took my car and they had it for 7 days before they touched it and diagnosed it. Then waited 3 more days for them to replace a piece on the AC system. Never once did I get a call from my advisor the entire 11 days it was there. I called and demanded I speak to a manager at least 3 times because I kept getting voicemail when they would transfer me. My car was supposed to get a “free” wash after the service and it did not. The worse customer service ever at Hyundai Naples. More
