Took my car in for the 7500 mi service and the service advisors (Jamie Ruis & Sheila Howe) were outstanding. Kept me informed on status and made me feel like family. Staff polite. I was texted with a contact phone number/text, but it didn’t go to my service manager. Nice idea, but doesn’t work in practice. A half hour billed jo I was texted with a contact phone number/text, but it didn’t go to my service manager. Nice idea, but doesn’t work in practice. A half hour billed job took 2 hours 40 minutes of my time. Never addressed my complaint about the memory sears. Car was very clean when returned. More
