Honda dealer that actually wants to sell We just had a refreshingly positive experience buying a new Honda Clarity from Jamil Abdul at Wilde East Towne Honda. I had a hard time narrowing down We just had a refreshingly positive experience buying a new Honda Clarity from Jamil Abdul at Wilde East Towne Honda. I had a hard time narrowing down just what brand and vehicle I wanted to buy. After visiting many dealers across Madison, I have to say that Jamil was one of only two (!) salespeople really willing to give me the time I needed to reach a good decision. Jamil knows his vehicles, was patient and helpful with questions, makes options clear, and was direct in doing what he’s really paid to do, sell. Negotiations were straightforward, fast, and stayed well within the best price range I’d researched ahead. This is our fourth Honda, and our first from East Towne. It was well worth the drive from the west side. We got great customer care and a solid deal without the sideshuffle and hustle we saw at some other places. Nice! More

He connected me with Ja I found vehicle I wanted on dealer’s website. Dylan phoned me was excellent to understand my needs and price I could afford. He connected me with Jamil who met me at entrance door of dealership. He had the vehicle ready for my test drive when I arrived. He efficiently arranged for appraisal of my trade and I was offered full Kelly Blue Book price. Paperwork went smoothly and I paid the amount I expected. There were no surprises. In taking possession of my new Honda, vehicle was very clean. Jamil helped link my Bluetooth and went over vehicle settings. Jamil really showed care for me and my understanding of the Hybrid Accord. I am happy to share this good purchase experience! Keep up the good work! More
