The 2018 vehicle that was chosen is the very first car that my mother has solely owned in her name without the help of her late husband, my father. Her decision to go with the vehicle was not only significant milestone in my mother's life, but a rather easy one to make as Andrei facilitated the decision process with his knowledge of the cars where we showed interest. My new Traverse I originally went to your dealership with my wife ready to look at all SUVs that you had to offer. We looked at the GMC Acadia, the Buick Enclave and I originally went to your dealership with my wife ready to look at all SUVs that you had to offer. We looked at the GMC Acadia, the Buick Enclave and the 2017 Chevy Traverse. Andrei was incredibly helpful from the moment we stepped in. Traveling with my five year old daughter and two month old son, it can sometimes be difficult to talk business, so to speak. He took his time and understood my situation, answering several questions more than once as I dealt with the confusion. While talking numbers he had mentioned the 2018 Chevy Traverse had just hit your lot. He walked me to the new car area and I knew from the moment I set in it that this was the vehicle we were looking for. Doing our best to be smart consumers, we did our homework and visited several other dealerships. We returned to Kristal with a number in mind and Andrei and Jamil worked to get us to where we had to be. This morning I arrived with my mother to pick up the car and was given a full step by step tutorial of how the car worked along with the OnStar system and the brand new interface within the vehicle. The finance manager, Dan, was personable and friendly and worked to get us in and out as quickly as possible. From start to finish everyone I dealt with within this dealership was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and willing to do just about anything to make my experience as easy as possible. I've already got a couple of compliments on the vehicle and you can be sure I told whoever was asking me about it where to go to get the best possible experience.
