I contacted numerous dealers looking for the particular car I wanted without any luck. I was so comfortable with Andrei and the fact the car was brand new I started the buying process over the phone without physically seeing the car which is out of the norm for me. All paperwork was completed before I even stepped foot in the dealership. On arrival at the dealership Andrei had the car waiting for us and ready to take it on a test drive as agreed. We completed that and spent about 1/2 hr with the finance dept. Once done, Andrei spent close to 2 hrs fully reviewing the car with us and making sure everything was set up for us from OnStar to the my Cadillac app and all onboard apps. Ensuring that both my wife and I were comfortable with the car. I have bought numerous cars from dealerships both used and new. I must say Andrei and Bical offered the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. If you are looking for a new gm or Cadillac I highly recommend you take a look at Bical and ask for Andrei McKenzie as the sales rep. You will not be disappointed. More

I went to buy Z71 from Bical Auto Mall Motors Flatbush, We agreed on one deal with Megan Soroka financed manger and Ali Kazmi sales person and the paper work I received is totally changed and unknown charg We agreed on one deal with Megan Soroka financed manger and Ali Kazmi sales person and the paper work I received is totally changed and unknown charges on paper that time I didn’t realized because they cover computer screen, fully trained and smart in stealing innocent and hard worker’s people money, same day I told them that this is not right deal and they said this is may be something computers mistake but you can come to us and we’ll talk about it but after that they didn’t want to change anything and now I have to pay $10000 extra and plus interest for there pocket So be careful and I highly request to all hard workers and innocent people please don’t choose this showroom to buy vehicle find a true dealership More

This has to be one of the most unassuming car dealerships I have ever dealt with. From the minute you walk in the door 15 people do not charge you looking for your business. You walk around check things out and when you are ready you find someone. That was my experience two Saturdays ago when I went into Bical and I found Charlie Albanese. My 2019 Terrain SLE which I previously leased from Bical was coming off lease and he had a fully loaded 2022 SLT terrain on the floor. The car was black. I really did not want a black car but after I looked at it and saw what it had and the price that was offered to me I would have been a fool to have passed it up. Charlie was a true gentleman, professional, friendly and very quick. I didn't think I was taking a car home that day. I walked in there and within 3 hours I was home with my new vehicle. Bical's salesman and their service department are 2nd to none. If you are looking for a Chevy a GMC a Buick or a Cadillac look no further and take a trip to Bical I think you'll be very happy and don't forget to ask for Charlie! More
