The purchase came with the first 2 free oil changes. I set the appointment, drove an hour, waited 2 hours and asked for a status, service writer had no clue about my car and casually told the receptioni I set the appointment, drove an hour, waited 2 hours and asked for a status, service writer had no clue about my car and casually told the receptionist to tell me it would be 1 more hour, I was standing nearby and I heard, I declined to wait another hour. My son was bored and hungry and I was not going to wait just cause they failed to do their job. Will not be buying or taking my car there even if they offer the free service again. My free time with my son is worth more than that. More

This place is awesome! I didn’t spend the whole day at the lot. They got me into a nice car. Also, went to get an oil change, was only there about an hour! Absolute worst dealership ever their service department is a scam. Bought a 2016 BMW from them with a one year warranty car died in the road because the serpentine belt broke for the battery died. Had it towed to the dealer service department told me that the motor welded itself shut because it didn’t have any oil or coolant in. It refused to let me talk to the warranty company and basically told me to go F myself and pick up my car. More

The service here is fast, which is great but it makes you wonder if they’ve done everything that they should be doing properly and thoroughly. I took my car in for a 5000 mile service. They told me a couple wonder if they’ve done everything that they should be doing properly and thoroughly. I took my car in for a 5000 mile service. They told me a couple hours. It was ready 20 minutes later. They called me to come back there when I did my 10,000 mile service same thing they told me two hours I left and 30 minutes later they called me saying it was ready on a 10,000 mile service it makes you feel like I did. They check everything that they changed everything did they do it thoroughly or just run me through real quick More
