Worst service of my life. Lied to me about what was wrong with my car when it was sold me. Brought it back in a week after having it. After being told the car AC was the only Lied to me about what was wrong with my car when it was sold me. Brought it back in a week after having it. After being told the car AC was the only thing wrong. After them keeping my car for a week longer than they told me. They returned the car only because they ended up having to give me a rental, when I got the car back there were so many issues. My car broke down in the middle of the road, had it towed to my mechanic for them to tell me it’s gone be 4600 to fix. My mechanic said there’s no way you guys didn’t see the issue before it got to the point where my car is breaking down on the road. That the car had to have been sold broke to me, because I only had the car 30 days. I ended up letting the car go because I’m not gonna spend 4600 dollars to fix a car I just put 3000 grand down on. So now I have a lawyer and will be going after you guys. More

They had no clue what it was so they reset it and sent me on my way. That was a Friday night. Saturday night the engine light came on again, I brought it to the service dealer on Monday. They looked at it and said the transmission has to be replaced and I'll get my car back after the holidays. So that's my experience so far. But the guys are great! More

The dealership is clean and the staff is professional. I was in and out within an hour, and they even washed the vehicle. My only complaint is I requested a tire rotation at the time I made the appointmen I was in and out within an hour, and they even washed the vehicle. My only complaint is I requested a tire rotation at the time I made the appointment with the service scheduler and told the service rep who took the keys when I arrived for my appointment. I thought it had been done until after I got home, the paperwork did not show a tire rotation. The dealership is too far from my home; I had the tire rotation done somewhere else. I'll be sure to check the paperwork before leaving the dealership going forward. More
