The work done may well have been covered by our extended warranty, I did not make an issue about it when picking up our car as the advisor comped the rental we used so the cost to us was a few hundred dolla warranty, I did not make an issue about it when picking up our car as the advisor comped the rental we used so the cost to us was a few hundred dollars. Maybe in the future when we need more work done it will be an issue as our car is going on 12 years and while we would like a new one the time is not right yet with all the issues with chip shortages and other things, we were going to look for one in 2020 but now it may not be until 2022 at the earliest. My experience at this dealership's service department was absolutely horrible. I took my car in, by appointment, to diagnose a problem. They had my car for 5 days, only to tell me what they think the problem absolutely horrible. I took my car in, by appointment, to diagnose a problem. They had my car for 5 days, only to tell me what they think the problem was, that it would cost thousands, and that the repair would not be covered by the Lifetime Warranty that's supposed to cover the cars engine and powertrain. The car sounded worse when I picked it up than it did when I took it in!! More
