My experience with the dealership from sales to service has been great! Being able to make an appointment online is great. Poor Service Manager I brought my car in on today July 13,2020 at 8am due to a check engine light on my 2016 Jeep Cherokee. I called all day to get an update on my service I brought my car in on today July 13,2020 at 8am due to a check engine light on my 2016 Jeep Cherokee. I called all day to get an update on my service, each time I called I received a voicemail. After calling all day I was afraid the service depart. would close therefore, I called the reception who transferred me to someone who said their name was Jamie. This guy came on the phone and stated my service adviser is Paul and he is gone for the day. I explained my situation, he then goes on to tell me the issues. I asked was it cover under my warranty and he stated he needed to check with Paul. I said well I would like answers because I've waited all day for an update. He goes on to tell me how I need to wait and call back tomorrow because Paul is the person who's my service advisor. I then ask for the manager and he said I'm the manager. I said so are you going to call me tomorrow he says no you have to call Paul tomorrow. The customer service for this manager is horrible, if I could I would give him a negative 1 review. I should not have to call you for answers to my vehicle. More

The service that I have received in my previous 3 visits has not been customer service friendly. I was told in my visit in Sep. 2019 that a back light would be ordered and that it would cost 128.00 No one has not been customer service friendly.
