Kelli, Joe,and Nady Kelli is always great to deal with, always very nice, She is good at telling you what service was done on your car or van. While I was there I had Joe Kelli is always great to deal with, always very nice, She is good at telling you what service was done on your car or van. While I was there I had Joe help me check out a new jeep for my wife, we found one that the wife liked, Joe was great he helped the wife and I take everything out of are old jeep and put in the new one , Nady is great too, he goes over everything to make sure you know what is in the contract. The past FEW times, I have received poor customer service from the service managers. The time before last when I came for a oil change the service manager wouldn't even get off his cell phone to talk with me from the service managers. The time before last when I came for a oil change the service manager wouldn't even get off his cell phone to talk with me. He sent a porter instead of talking to me himself. I was in last week for a service appointment and the service manager couldn't tell me how much the service would be prior to the appointment. I had the engine light checked and asked how much that would be or if it would be covered under warranty. Unfortunately, the service manger didn't feel necessary to call the warranty company before hand to see if it was still covered. So, I got charged $135 for them to tell me what I already knew was wrong with my vehicle because I couldn't afford the astronomical charges they wanted to change a simple part. I feel that a service manager should have called the warranty company before they even pulled my car away. If I knew that it wouldn't be covered then, I wouldn't have had them look at it and definitely wouldn't have had a ridiculous charge for them to check a sensor light. I will never recommend this dealership based on their poor customer service. More

Brought them my 08 rubicon unlimited for leaking fluids. And a glitch in the my gig system. Very good work and covered under warranty. I will not go for an inspection because your vehicle will come back with a bigger problem that wasn’t the initial problem. I don’t know if Jamie is aware, but the techs are doing more damage than good. My wi come back with a bigger problem that wasn’t the initial problem.
