Was work was covered by warranty so was a very good thing. The work was done in a timely manner but took too long waiting in line to check out. That made for some incinvience. Fast and thorough first checkup for my RAV4. My appt was set and they started on it right away. The waiting area was clean and well stocked with hot beverages and goodies, service people were fri My appt was set and they started on it right away. The waiting area was clean and well stocked with hot beverages and goodies, service people were friendly and eager to help.
