Car leasing experience. I had a chance to work with Arthur, Jane and Akram and they all did excellent job but Finance Manger Rafael Perez Jr was not professional. At first he I had a chance to work with Arthur, Jane and Akram and they all did excellent job but Finance Manger Rafael Perez Jr was not professional. At first he said that my credit got approved but when I was there to pick up the car he was saying my credit was not approved and try to increase the price. He also said that his decision is final. That means what ever time I have spent to get the deal is pointless. He also told me that he did not call me to get car from him. No respect at all. From the beginning i was determine to give them five star but after I spoke to the finance manger It came down to two star. Please do not let ruin your good customer service because of one person. More

Good experience, great car. I purchased a 2020 Honda Accord EX-L today from Honda Autosport. I contacted the dealership via the internet and asked for a bottom line quote. Within I purchased a 2020 Honda Accord EX-L today from Honda Autosport. I contacted the dealership via the internet and asked for a bottom line quote. Within a few minutes, I had an email from Shelby. I replied with exactly what I was looking for and within another few minutes I had a quote from Na-Dearah for the car I was interested in, including the exact fees and taxes. This was exactly what I asked for and they honored the price and fees exactly. My sales person was Anthony. He was personable, friendly and pleasant to do business with. As is always the case with car buying, I had to go through the Manager Jane to get my trade in approved. We reached a deal and I was soon off to Jose to handle my financing. All around, a good experience. I was at the dealer from 9 am until 1:30 pm so the process of buying a car obviously needs to be streamlined, but this is industry-wide, not Authsport's issue. But if it was 4 1/2 hours or 2 hours, I have a car that I intend on owning for 7-10 years so the trade off is acceptable. I recommend this dealership highly for their honesty, integrity and no nonsense approach to their customers. More

Both Jane and Damain were top notch; knowledgeable and informative; Both knew (in detail) the differences between higher end models (Odyssey) and lower end models. they returned phones promptly when I called with a question. There was no haggling. Jane provided me with a price that was acceptable on both ends. From the trade in with Victor to the finance person to the service department and even the parts department (michael and Ethan) I would not buy a honda from another dealer. We were treated with respect, they remember your name and always greet you with a smile. Our relationship with Autosport has been since 2003. The purchase of my 2020 Honda Odyssey went smooth and no issues to report. I strongly recommend Autosport. More
