Had multiple issues with my new 2018 Honda Touring I worked with Steve Farese the service manager personally regarding the many issues with my new 2018 Honda Accord Touring. Steve was there every step of the way while the service team addressed the problems with the vehicle. Steve worked tirelessly to resolve each problem with grace and professionalism. He made sure I had a loaner ready each time I came in for service. Knowing how particular I am about my car he even kept it inside the building during service appointments and had the car hand washed each time I picked it up. Steve is a rare commodity and should be given more than a five star rating. I would also like to express my gratitude to Damian Wadiak who was also extremely helpful and supportive during my visits to the dealership. He is informative and entertaining. come here first! i work in customer service myself, so i know how difficult it can be to deal with the public; and as a consumer, i know how aggravating the car buying i work in customer service myself, so i know how difficult it can be to deal with the public; and as a consumer, i know how aggravating the car buying process can be. sean turner and mike bailey made the process simple and easy and gave my husband and me exactly what we needed, no bullsh*t. having had a horrific experience at another dealership, we were both left with extremely bad taste in our mouths, but the fact was we needed to get me a new car after an accident. we felt sean and mike were knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly, didn't put pressure on us. their colleague jan was also wonderful about showing me different colors when the one i wanted wasn't available. everyone at autosport was great; i really can't say enough. i've already recommended them to people i know who may be looking for new cars soon, and i will continue to do so.
