I have bought 3 vehicles from Boucher Hyundai and today was the first time I've experience such awful customer service. The service manager, Janet was completely rude and disrespectful towards me and my ve was the first time I've experience such awful customer service. The service manager, Janet was completely rude and disrespectful towards me and my vehicle that was towed to this location as the engine seized up. I was looking for information after being told I would receive a phone call with an update yesterday 1.26.2026. I did not hear back, so I figured the team was busy. I called on the afternoon of 1.27.2026 and was told I would have to wait to hear anything because the service advisor assigned to my vehicle left early today. I asked to speak to a manager and that was when I was graciously greeted by Janet who was utterly rude and not understanding in the slightest. I'm reaching out to customer care at this point to voice my concerns as I've not received a call back from local management. Not sure I will ever purchase another vehicle or have my vehicles serviced there in the future. If I could give Janet a 0 star, I would. More

I was happy with the work, but unhappy about having an appointment scheduled and having to personally call to find out information about what was happening. Then when I received my car, after the work, I was very displeased that there were oil prints on my hood as well as all over the inside handle of my driver’s door. More
