Faced with a window that was stuck in the down position
on a cold day, at 3 in the afternoon, I called the Toyota dealership that I have used for my 2005 Corolla since I bought it. The very polite telephon
on a cold day, at 3 in the afternoon, I called the Toyota dealership that I have used for my 2005 Corolla since I bought it. The very polite telephone operator told me to come in immediately, and they'd see what they could do.
I was met by Sunny Dalavai, who reassured me that the window could be pulled back up, and explained that this would require a service fee. I was thankful to be treated like an adult who would never think to challenge a service fee, and Sunny appreciated my agreeable attitude.
In less than an hour, the window was pulled back up, and I was on my way.
I want to thank everyone with whom I came in contact. As always, this dealership delivered!
