I was born in Hong Kong and grew up in Chicago. I attended Indiana University in Bloomington; received my Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs. After college I came to Ohio and worked in social services and government for 14 ½ years. During this time, I planned grassroots programs for low-income families and administered programs in the energy, education and conservation fields. In 1994 my husband and l started a retail pet business, and still own it today. I have been a customer of Roush Honda since 1993 and decided to join the team. I have learned over many decades of service a quality product is important. However, the customer’s experience is of utmost importance. I am committed to sales and service excellence and will only provide to my customers the best car buying experience! This is my promise to you!

Calling around to multiple dealers led me to Roush. I had an exceptional experience and was easily able to do my paper work and reserve a vehicle. Jan, my saleslady, was fantastic to work with, awesome I had an exceptional experience and was easily able to do my paper work and reserve a vehicle. Jan, my saleslady, was fantastic to work with, awesome attitude, and very accommodating. She ensured my request to not have the vehicle customer prepped upon pickup (plastics left on surfaces from factory). Roush also did not charge a "market adjustment" rate on top of the MSRP, whereas other dealers were between $2,000 & $5,000 added. The dealership is clean and inviting, my interactions were professional and respectful. I would absolutely recommend Roush. More

Janly took such good care of us through the whole purchasing experience, she was there from beginning to end. The dealership called us a couple days later to make sure we were satisfied, I was impres purchasing experience, she was there from beginning to end. Got our second car with Jan, and will be going back whenever we need a new one.
