I was born in Hong Kong and grew up in Chicago. I attended Indiana University in Bloomington; received my Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs. After college I came to Ohio and worked in social services and government for 14 ½ years. During this time, I planned grassroots programs for low-income families and administered programs in the energy, education and conservation fields. In 1994 my husband and l started a retail pet business, and still own it today. I have been a customer of Roush Honda since 1993 and decided to join the team. I have learned over many decades of service a quality product is important. However, the customer’s experience is of utmost importance. I am committed to sales and service excellence and will only provide to my customers the best car buying experience! This is my promise to you!

First and foremost, Janly Wilkins (Jan) was exceptional. I never felt pressured to buy the vehicle. Jan was honest about the current vehicle situation shortage and what it would mean in terms of buying and I never felt pressured to buy the vehicle. Jan was honest about the current vehicle situation shortage and what it would mean in terms of buying and timing. That helped me think carefully about how soon I wanted to purchase but she always gave me time to think through any decisions. She was always reachable during the process and I wonder if the woman ever takes a moment off. Lastly she is simply a great person who takes the time to learn about her customers. If you go to Roush look for Jan. I felt like Roush Honda was easy to work with as well and they did not mark the car up above MSRP in these crazy times. With the stories I’ve been reading about prices this was nice. The fact that Roush is employee owned plays a big role here. They also stuck with the value they quoted me for my trade in after I had added 5k since they first appraised it. Tim, made financing a breeze and was incredibly friendly as well. He also did not pressure me to add on additional add on packages/programs while financing but made sure I had the information I needed to make a knowledgeable decision. . In sum, I wholeheartedly recommend Roush Honda if you are in the market for a new Honda and again find Jan. More

it was good experience while my family and I were there to test drive couple cars.
