I was born in Hong Kong and grew up in Chicago. I attended Indiana University in Bloomington; received my Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs. After college I came to Ohio and worked in social services and government for 14 ½ years. During this time, I planned grassroots programs for low-income families and administered programs in the energy, education and conservation fields. In 1994 my husband and l started a retail pet business, and still own it today. I have been a customer of Roush Honda since 1993 and decided to join the team. I have learned over many decades of service a quality product is important. However, the customer’s experience is of utmost importance. I am committed to sales and service excellence and will only provide to my customers the best car buying experience! This is my promise to you!

I needed to buy a new car. But I wanted to avoid subjecting myself to a barrage of hype that would come from a fast talking sales person. This would be difficult to do. It might be easier to win th subjecting myself to a barrage of hype that would come from a fast talking sales person. This would be difficult to do. It might be easier to win the Ohio lottery. But I got lucky. After extensive research on the internet, I hit the jackpot. I found Roush Honda and Jan Wilkins, who worked in sales. Jan possessed two impressive qualities that were evident when we talked on the phone. She had a genuine pride in the product she sold, the Honda car. And in the organization she represented, Roush Honda. In addition, our conversations were about me and the car I wanted, not the car she wanted to sell me. Jan worked for over a month to get my car, a 2022 Honda Civic. No easy task, because of the chip shortage. When she called and told me she finally got it, I don't know who was more excited her or me. My wife and I sped eagerly to Columbus. I looked forward to getting my car, but also meeting Jan. And I was not disappointed. Her face beamed with satisfaction when she showed us our new car. She had given her best efforts to her customer. The result was I bought a great car from an organization dedicated to excellence. But the excellence began with Jan Wilkins. More
