I have been happily married for 15 years to my lovely wife Kristin we have 2 boys Griffin and Garrett who attend big walnut schools. While not working at Roush Honda I enjoy hunting, fishing and staying fit. If you are in the market for a vehicle please allow me the chance to earn your business I have two young boys who keep my wife and I busy. When I am not at the dealership, you will find me pitching baseballs to my boys or fishing on a lake somewhere. I have 20 years of sales experience 12 of those years have been here at Roush Honda. Steven Dewberry did a great job at helping allocate a Civic Si for me despite the challenges in finding this particular car. If I could give Roush Honda 10 stars I would. I called and spoke with Jim Hartsook. I told him my unique situation and what I was looking for. He had me complete an application online and within I called and spoke with Jim Hartsook. I told him my unique situation and what I was looking for. He had me complete an application online and within the hour called back to tell me I was approved. Once I got to the dealership, I worked with Brandon. Brandon was nothing short of amazing. Very nice, very professional, he made the car purchasing experience very easy. In the Finance department I worked with Mike. Mike explained all of the documents making sure that I completely understood what I was signing. I never felt pressured to add on the additional warranty (although I did add it on. It was a great deal). My experience with Roush was probably the best experience I ever had with regard to purchasing a new car. I would absolutely recommend that anyone looking to buy their first or next car call Roush Honda. They are the epitome of excellent customer service. KUDOS!!!! More

I purchased a brand new 2022 Honda CR-V EX-L, and was so happy with the transaction that two days later I purchased a used Nissan Altima SL from the Roush Honda used car lot for my husband as a Christmas gift. Otis Tate was my salesman for the CR-V, and Don Meeks was our salesman for the Nissan Altima. We would give both experiences 10 stars!! More
