I was born in Hong Kong and grew up in Chicago. I attended Indiana University in Bloomington; received my Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs. After college I came to Ohio and worked in social services and government for 14 ½ years. During this time, I planned grassroots programs for low-income families and administered programs in the energy, education and conservation fields. In 1994 my husband and l started a retail pet business, and still own it today. I have been a customer of Roush Honda since 1993 and decided to join the team. I have learned over many decades of service a quality product is important. However, the customer’s experience is of utmost importance. I am committed to sales and service excellence and will only provide to my customers the best car buying experience! This is my promise to you!

She was extremely attentive to all of our needs and left no question unanswered. We had actually decided to not pursue a Honda because the one we looked at did not meet the seating comfort we were looking for. After a few days, Janly touched base with us and after she made a couple of great suggestions, we decided to return to Roush and invest a little more time in seeing if there was another acceptable option that we would pursue. Janly showed us the CRV EX and we drove it home about 3 days later and are very pleased. Her sales skills and professionalism are exemplary and she has an "owners" focus with customer satisfaction being at the very top of her efforts. I would highly recommend Janly and Roush to any of our friends and family. Great job!!!!! Cherie and Joe More
