I was born in Hong Kong and grew up in Chicago. I attended Indiana University in Bloomington; received my Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs. After college I came to Ohio and worked in social services and government for 14 ½ years. During this time, I planned grassroots programs for low-income families and administered programs in the energy, education and conservation fields. In 1994 my husband and l started a retail pet business, and still own it today. I have been a customer of Roush Honda since 1993 and decided to join the team. I have learned over many decades of service a quality product is important. However, the customer’s experience is of utmost importance. I am committed to sales and service excellence and will only provide to my customers the best car buying experience! This is my promise to you!

Another great Honda experience! My husband and I are on our fourth Honda and Roush has always been top notch! This was the second time that Jan helped us and she was great again. Exceptional Detail Jan was helpful from the moment we reached out to her. The entire experience was all about customer service, from talking price to reviewing options a Jan was helpful from the moment we reached out to her. The entire experience was all about customer service, from talking price to reviewing options and benefits of the vehicle. She was detailed in her presentation. Even though we had already test driven the Pilot, she took the time to point out and demonstrate some of the benefits of the car that were relevant to our family. We had visited several dealerships and different car companies and our interactions with Jan stood out as the most favorable. I would go back to her just for the service alone! More

Wonderful experience! I met with Jan to look at a couple different options for a new car for my family. Through your the entire process, Jan was able to answer every possib I met with Jan to look at a couple different options for a new car for my family. Through your the entire process, Jan was able to answer every possible question I had, explain every detail about each vehicle, all while being super friendly and engaging. She was never pushy with anything either which is always a plus when car shopping. She made the process a lot smoother than I could have imagined. I will definitely be back to Roush Honda in the future and encourage others do check them out, especially Jan! Karen was also super friendly and helpful in my experience as well and explained everything in simple terms and made the intricate details of buying a car super easy. More

2019 Honda CR-V Roush publicly offered the best deal in a 100 mile radius of my home, so I had no problem driving the 80 miles to meet Janly to purchase my 2019 CR-V. Back to Roush Jan was professional, thorough, easy to work with, and most of all a great teacher.
