Our salesperson, Jan Wilkins was very good in helping us through this process. She was very professional and helped us get educated about the 2017 Pilot and its features. We never felt any pressure to buy at Roush. This made the experience much better. She would periodically check in with us to see if we were still interested, but not overly so. After visiting several other dealerships, I am very happy with finalizing our purchase with Roush. I would buy from them again. More

Jan took the time to understand my requirements and immediately got me in for a test drive. I never felt pressured or rushed. Jan clearly explained all the features, and if she didn't immediately know an answer to one of my questions, she was honest and forthright about it. I appreciated that transparency! She was able to locate the exact model I wanted, and luckily there was 1 left in stock. She helped me get a reservation on it entered in the system while I had my Civic appraised for trade in. The whole process was very easy and I felt like I was making a good decision. Likewise, the financing meeting was pressure-free and all the paperwork was signed quickly and without issue. New Car Purchase I was shopping for a new car and my first stop was at Roush Honda in Westerville to look at a Honda Fit. My second stop was going to be in Dublin to look at a Mini, but I never got there. Jan Wilkins was the first to help me and was wonderful to work with. Jan was not pushy, answered all my questions, was great to sit and talk to. Jan was one of the reasons I purchased so quickly before looking any further. I also stopped at Roush first because I've lived in Westerville for around 14 years and I've always heard this dealer is above board and treats customers very well and of course, the reputation Honda's have as far as being a reliable car. Hope all proves true since I drove my new Honda Fit home yesterday! More

It was a very pleasant transaction, Jan and Sam made everything very smooth, Jan took and 1 1/2 hrs of her time when we picked up the car, explaining how to operate all the features this car has. We priced around at all the Honda dealers within 100 miles of our home, and got the best deal from Roush, plus I like getting my oil changes and service from Roush, and getting a free car wash each time 😊 And getting on the computers they provide while I'm waiting.
